Established in year 2000 in Kuwait under the name of International Doctor Center. The company provides products for killing crawling insects, flying insects and specially the cockroaches.

In 2003, the company turned to Modern Agencies Group.
In 2005, it was established in Lebanon with the same name under the management of Mr. Alaa Hussein Chahine, Ahmad Hassan Chahine, Zouheir Hussein Chahine and the Modern Agencies Group in Kuwait.

MAG deals in different fields such as: General trading, import/export, nutrition products and complementary, agricultural tools, all killing and disinfectant items. In addition it deals with different cleaning materials, electric and electronic machines.

Entering the year 2006, MAG has become a reputable corporation with sales that encompass the Middle East.

تأسست مجموعة الوكالات العصرية للتجارة العامة والمقاولات سنة 2003 ومقرها الرئيسي في دولة الكويت تحت اسم مركز الدكتور العالي وفي عام 2005 اتخذت الإسم الجديد المذكور بداية التعريف وما زالت تعمل به. أوائل عام 2005 تأسست شركة مقرها بيروت تحت اسم مجموعة الوكالات العصرية للتجارة العامة والمقاولات ش.م.م. تعتمد حاليا الإستراد والتسويق والمقاولات (خدمة الصحة العامة).

تعتمد ادارة الشركة على متابعة أفضل وأحسن ما ينتجه العقل البشري من صناعة والتي تتوفر فيها الجودة والفعالية والكلفة التي تناسب القدرة الشرائية للزبائن وتسويقها مباشرة عبر المراكز التجارية المنتشرة في كافة المحافظات والمدن والقرى.
